Hassky offers a 30-day limited return and exchange period starting from the date the product is delivered.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide your order information along with any necessary photos or videos of the product. Please do not return the complete wheelchair without prior authorization from Hassky.

Returned products should be kept in reasonably complete condition and, whenever possible, include the original packaging, user manual, charger, accessories, and all other items supplied with the product.

If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, is the wrong item, or is missing essential components, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the issue is verified as a product-quality or fulfillment issue, Hassky may provide replacement parts, an exchange, repair assistance, or a refund depending on the circumstances.

For returns requested for personal reasons, the product must remain in resalable condition. Damage caused by significant use, impact, water exposure, unauthorized modification, improper storage, misuse, or other customer-caused conditions may not qualify for return or exchange.

After the 30-day return period, eligible product issues will be handled under the Limited Warranty Policy below.

Hassky provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential and personal use.

The warranty period begins on the date the original purchaser receives the product.

Warranty Coverage

• Main Frame / Frame Welds: 1 Year
• Motor / Drive System: 1 Year
• Joystick / Controller / Major Electronic Components: 6 Months
• Battery: 6 Months
• Battery Charger: 6 Months
• Mechanical Components / Folding Mechanism: 6 Months
• Tires / Armrest Pads / Other Wear Parts: 90 Days, manufacturing defects only
• Seat Cushion / Backrest / Upholstery Components: 30 Days, manufacturing defects only

During the applicable warranty period, if Hassky determines that an issue is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, repair guidance, or another reasonable warranty solution depending on the nature of the issue.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, aging, scratches, fading, cosmetic deterioration, or normal performance degradation;
• Normal wear of tires, armrest pads, seat cushions, backrests, and other consumable or wear components;
• Damage caused by collisions, drops, water exposure, accidents, misuse, abuse, overloading, or improper operation;
• Damage caused by failure to follow the user manual, including improper use, charging, storage, or maintenance;
• Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, repair, or installation of incompatible or non-approved parts;
• Battery damage or capacity loss caused by prolonged storage, improper charging, excessive discharge, or improper maintenance;
• Cosmetic or upholstery deterioration caused by ordinary use;
• Problems that are not caused by manufacturing or material defects.

Repair, Labor, and Shipping

This limited warranty does not include in-home or on-site repair labor.

Many issues may be resolved through replacement parts, troubleshooting, or remote technical assistance. If replacement parts are required, please follow the instructions provided by Hassky Support.

Shipping costs for a complete wheelchair or large component returned without prior written authorization from Hassky are not covered under this warranty and may not be reimbursed.

Before returning a wheelchair or major component, please contact Hassky and obtain return or service authorization.

To process a warranty claim, Hassky may request:

• Order number or proof of purchase;
• Product serial number;
• A description of the issue;
• Photos or videos showing the problem;
• Additional troubleshooting information reasonably required by Hassky Support.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in materials or workmanship occurring during normal personal and residential use.
